About Total Wellness Support Centre

The Total Wellness Support Centre or TWSC is network of health centers in Malaysia that specialize in health education and support to various communities through out Malaysia and has now had over 4,000 memberships for our centers in Malaysia by working in partnership with corporate, government, and Non-Profit organizations.

Due to the ever increasing health problems in Malaysia today, TWSC is rapidly expanding and has plans to double the amount of centers and membership in several locations in Malaysia, including the states of Penang, Kedah, Perak and Negeri Sembilan.

To make our expansion possible we are looking for part-time and full-time people to work with us. The focus is providing the best customer service and education for people that have started on our programs at our centers.

    Requirements:

  • Ability to listen and follow simple steps
  • No experience needed
  • Full training provided with our proven step-by-step and successful training system
  • Good work attitude and a desire to do the best
  • Gender: Preferably female
  • Age: Preferably 24 years and above
  • Basic understanding of spoken and written English.
  • All applications must pass through 1 hour qualification and orientation process happening a branch location near them. (Your are not required to bring a CV or Resume for the process)
  • Practical training: if you successfully complete the qualification process you will then start part-time in our practical training program which will require 10 hours per week. Length of practical training will depend on the individual. Hours are flexible.

- Average income for practical training and part-time individuals RM500 – 2,500/month (depending on working hours)

- Average income for full-time individuals and location/branch supervisors RM3,000 – 10,000/month (depending on working hours)

Your work will include:

  • Customer Service and Relations
  • Answering client questions about our program
  • Providing client support and education
  • Handling client feedback
  • Providing client follow-up services
  • Business development
  • Supervising and training

*IMPORTANT: Please know that we are not seeking sales people at this time. If you have a sales background we may still have and opening for you in for our client service.
